Traffic Guidance Schemes (TGS) and Traffic Control Plans (TCP)
A TGS is also known as a TCP. They are both the same.
A TGS is required for management of traffic and parking typically for deliveries of materials including concrete pours.
It shows changes to road and footpaths to facilitate safe and efficient operations.
TGSs may be included as part of a Construction Traffic Management Plan or submitted as a separate document in order to obtain a permit to control traffic.
