Conditions of Consent for developments usually contain traffic and parking specific conditions.
Your certifier may require sign off on these conditions by a qualified traffic engineer.
Typical conditions are the requirement for a CTMP.
Other conditions can relate to a review of the detailed design of car parking, signage, and parking control systems (e.g. traffic lights for access to single lane – two way ramps or driveways).
A green travel plan and/or operational traffic management plan may be required for larger developments.
