We provide advice direct to architects designing developments so that the submission complies with Council’s requirements, relevant Australian Standards, and Transport of NSW requirements (where applicable).
Our assistance can simply be a swept path analysis for vehicles within the site or a complex assessment of design for all aspects of the development including provision for bicycles, carpark design, and deliveries, and waste collection.
This is usually an iterative process where the plans are modified as each component is assessed.
We prioritise this work for a fast turnaround as the design is developed.
